









Tony Macaroni was practically born in the kitchen and spent his formative years at his parent's various Italian restaurants. From them he mastered the art of his homeland's cuisine, Italy and refined it into the art that it is today. In his search to become a master chef he graduated from New York Restaurant School, Manhattan New York. During his studies he travelled to Italy, France and Germany honing his mastery of European cuisines. The Hyatt International Hotels were the first to recognize Tony's many talents and he created over a decade of elegant and exquisite dishes for them. Celebrities such as Scott L Schwartz, Bob Newhart, Evander Holyfield, Erin Moran, Butch Patrick, JoJo Pellegrino other various Hip-Hop/R & B artists along with Greg The Hammer Valentine and The Iron Shiek many scores of WWE wrestlers were among those who enjoyed his creations. After moving to Florida, Tony enjoyed a stay at the Sandpearl Resort on Clearwater Beach before landing at Shamrock's Ale House, Temple Terrace. While there he received Five-Star ratings from ABC News, TBO and Metromix. He received additional accolades by being ranked 4th best sports bar in Tampa Bay. Tony is now bringing his love and passion of Italian food to Primi and diners will be rewarded by his delicious homemade pastas, Mozzarella and sausages.

Andrian Has earned his place in the kitchen on the line not only his by his skills but by his will to learn and skills in doing some of the seasoning, poaching, simmering, searing, roasting, frying, curing, drying, smoking, marinating, grinding, pureeing, slicing, cutting, carving, rolling, crimping, tossing and finally presenting. Even though all the skills mentioned precede the actual plate or platter presentation, it's usually the plate presentation that gets all the attention. Andrian's keen eye on detail is a key characteristic in the complexion of his successful plates.
